No. It introduces possibilities and gives the child ways to ask questions. A trusted grown-up and the care team should explain the child's actual appointment.
Is this a physical product?
No. This is a digital product delivered as downloadable PDF files or, for larger libraries, a ZIP containing the listed files. Nothing is shipped.
Which paper size should I use?
Use A4 in Belgium and most of Europe. Choose US Letter when that is the standard paper loaded in your printer. Both editions contain the same activities.
Can I print it more than once?
A family purchase may be printed repeatedly for the buyer's own household. Sharing or reselling the digital files is not permitted. Businesses need the appropriate commercial licence.
How do I receive the files?
