Digital delivery and licences

Know exactly what happens after checkout.

BraveKids products are digital content. Nothing is shipped. After Stripe confirms payment, the success page provides secure download buttons and the purchaser receives an email linking back to that page.

Immediate access and withdrawal

Before checkout, a customer requesting immediate access must actively tick the digital-delivery box. By doing so, the customer expressly asks BraveKids to begin supplying the digital content immediately and acknowledges that the 14-day right of withdrawal is lost once delivery begins, where EU consumer rules apply. The box is never pre-ticked. The purchase email confirms this request and acknowledgement.

What the files need

PDF products require a device with ordinary PDF-reading software. ZIP libraries require software that can open a ZIP archive. Files have no geographic restriction or subscription requirement. Save the downloads to your own device after purchase.

A4 and US Letter

Use A4 in Belgium and most of Europe. Use US Letter where that is the standard paper loaded in your printer. When both editions are included, their activities are equivalent; only the page proportions differ. Print at 100% or “actual size” unless a pack says otherwise.

Family-use licence

Unless a commercial licence is expressly purchased, the files are licensed for the buyer’s personal, non-commercial household use. The buyer may print them repeatedly for their own household. The digital files may not be resold, uploaded, shared, sublicensed or redistributed.

Commercial licences

A Single-location licence permits in-house printing for children visiting one named physical venue. An Extended licence covers up to five physical venues operated by the same buyer. Printed activity sheets may be given to visiting children, but the digital masters may not be transferred, resold or made available to customers or third parties.

If a file is faulty or inaccessible

The withdrawal acknowledgement does not remove statutory rights when digital content is faulty, inaccessible or not as described. If a download is missing, damaged, duplicated, or cannot be accessed after a confirmed payment, use the website contact form with the checkout email address. BraveKids will investigate and provide an appropriate remedy where required.

Information version: 24 August 2026. This page describes BraveKids digital delivery and licence operation; mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
